Welcome! Here’s everything you need to know about your SunremoCycle bike warranty, in a quick, easy-to-read format.
1. What does the warranty cover?
SunremoCycle provides a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
It applies to products purchased from SunremoCycle official website or authorized dealers.
2. How long is the warranty?

| Motor, Controller, Wiring | 2 years |
| Battery | Up to 300 charge cycles or 75% capacity, whichever comes first |
| Display & Controller | 2 years |
| Accessories (lights, pedals, baskets, etc.) | 1 year |
| Other key components (suspension, stem, brakes, etc.) | 1 year |
Cosmetic damage, scratches, or normal wear are not covered.
3. What is NOT covered?
- Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chain, spokes, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or neglect
- Damage caused by non-SunremoCycle parts
- Corrosion, rust, water damage, or electrical damage from power surges
⚠️ In regions like the EU, UK, and Australia, your statutory consumer rights are protected, even if the above exclusions normally apply.
4. What about shipping damage?
- Must report within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos or video of damage
- Keep original packaging and shipping proof
SunremoCycle will help repair or replace damaged items.
5. How do I make a warranty claim?
- Contact Customer Support via email or website form
- Provide: order number, serial number, and photos/videos
- We’ll review and propose repair, replacement, or return service
- Shipping costs for returns handled case-by-case
Replacement parts inherit the original warranty period.
6. Can I transfer my warranty?
No, the warranty is non-transferable. Only the original purchaser is covered.
Paid repair services are available for subsequent owners.
